By nature, dogs are curious animals. Due to their curiosity, some dogs can cause trouble when their fur parents are not around. This is what dog mom Michelle Anderson learned the hard way about her beloved dog, Candy.
Before she left the house, Michelle ensured that she took all the safety precautions so her two dogs, Candy and Spike, will be safe. But when she returned from work, Michelle found a big mess inside the house. There were white powders scattered all over the house. Since it was only Candy and Spike who were at home at that time, Michelle already knew that one of her dogs was the suspect.
Apart from the white powders on the floor, Michelle likewise saw little footprints on the white powder. It simply turned out that one of the dogs had broken into a bag of flour in the kitchen. When Michelle was looking for the culprit behind the mess, Candy appeared in the background. The dog’s little face was covered with flour, too.
But more than the flour on his face, Candy’s eyes told a story when Michelle confronted the two dogs. Spike could look straight into Michelle’s eyes, but Candy could not. With this, Michelle already knew who between Spike and Candy was the culprit.
In an interview, Candy mentioned that it was clear that Spike had nothing to do with the mess. This is because the dog was so clean, unlike Candy. However, despite this, Michelle knows that Spike could also be rowdy at some point. This time, though, the dog responsible for the mess is Candy because she was so guilty as charged.
Michelle may have been upset, but the dog owner said she learned her lesson the hard way. With this, she warned other dog owners to ensure that anything that would create a mess inside the house should not be within their dogs’ reach.
