Basic command training is something that all dog owners must do when they have a new dog in the house. The capacity to follow commands is what makes dogs safe when on walks and outdoor excursions. Victoria Stilwell, a dog trainer, ensures that her customers understand this.
Victoria dealt with two very destructive dogs, Apple and Zuzu. Their owners compelled them to reside in the backyard, bringing them inside only at night. This prevented the dogs from receiving sufficient command training.
Victoria advised the owners that they must first receive fundamental instruction before she can handle their harmful behavior. Without this, it is nearly hard to resolve their problems. The instructor began with name recognition.
Victoria called out each dog’s name. Her tone indicated happiness. The dogs were rewarded with a goodie when they replied to their names. Victoria then continued with her command training.
She used cookies once more to encourage the dogs to sit. The owners were astounded by how quickly Apple and Zuzu picked up the commands. The two were obviously intelligent, and their owners recognized this.
Victoria also trained the dogs alongside the owner’s children. She worked on the recall training of Apple and Zuzu. Victoria and the children alternated having the dogs approach them. As usual, they were rewarded with sweets whenever they followed.
A tunnel was also introduced as a training tool by the instructor. Terriers such as Apple and Zuzu adore the obstacle course that Victoria brought. She had the dogs examine them.
Zuzu was more enthusiastic and went through it immediately. Apple was somewhat reserved. Yet, both canines eventually adapted to all of Victoria’s new hobbies.
The family found enjoyment in engaging with their dogs. The parents are continuously engaged in play with the youngsters. As Apple and Zuzu are constantly occupied, they no longer have time to destroy the backyard or the interior of the house.
