When you’re only a week old and have barely opened your eyes to see the world, you tend to stay close to what’s familiar.
These tiny pups are of the Great Dane breed, but at just the size of a human hand, they don’t seem that great yet.
This one’s named Saki – he’s the most chill of the litter, and he enjoys hanging out with the gang.
This one’s Pearl – she’s the most restless handful of the brood, and her ash color adds to her adorable meter.
She’s forever crawling off to somewhere, exploring farther and farther as the days go by.
This one’s Marvin – he’s the most vocal handful of the squad, fussing when he doesn’t get what he needs.
What they require isn’t much, considering that at their age, sleeping and feeding are the most essential, but fuss Marvin does.
Mom Tyla’s quick to assist her three puppies, never mind if they couldn’t articulate well yet. Her triplets sure have a mind of their own, all the more reason she needs to keep an eye on them.
Tyla’s also aware she will need to teach her energetic pups how to balance first and make use of all their senses. Right now, she sees lots of fumbling and wobbling, but there’s nothing to worry about.
Besides, it’s hard to teach anyone the tricks of the trade when their tools aren’t all available or functional in this case.
While the kids have different personalities, they do share a common interest. It’s one mom Tyla hopes they never grow out of.
It’s seeking her and wanting to stay close to her. This little handful doesn’t mind chilling with mom, using Tyla’s paws as his pillow.
This gray fuzzball loves exploring, but Pearl always comes back to mama, where it’s safe and cozy at the same time.
